Holders should have been identified by being issued with a pink silk jumpsuit with BUM ME written on the back.
Must be worn whenever you are outside your house on pain of a £10,000 fine.

I got one the night before the FA Cup Semi Final in 2006. I was VERY excited so dropped my trousers outside the Sports Cafe in Broad Street (never done that before or since - I was just so excited), then a fraction of a second later a hand came down on my shoulder - it was the Policeman who had been standing behind me as I did it.

He ceremonially yellow-carded me and gave me an ASBO banning me from the centre of Birmingham for five months (where both my hotel and Villa Park were), which I think he thought was a punishment.
